Mattress Guarantee General Terms and Conditions:
At Pure Trio we stand behind each and every mattress we hand craft, by providing a 21 year pro-rata guarantee. This gives you the peace of mind that your mattress will be as comfortable and supportive as the day you purchased it.
We offer a pro-rata 21 year guarantee which covers the repair or replacement of the Pure Trio mattress for 10 years from date of purchase.
During years 11-21 of the guarantee, Pure Trio will, at its option, repair or replace the mattress at a pro-rated charge to the purchaser in addition to transportation and/or shipping charges. The prorated replacement charged will be dependent on the year that the Mattress is replaced.
If the Mattress is replaced during the eleventh (11th) year, the prorated replacement charge the purchaser pays will be fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price. If the Mattress is replaced after the eleventh (11th) year, but before the twenty-first (21st) year, the prorated replacement charge the purchaser pays will increase by five (5) percent for each subsequent year of the prorated period (i.e. 55% of the original purchase price if replaced during year twelve (12); 60% of the original purchase price if replaced during year thirteen (13), etc.
Pure Trio, if satisfied that materials or workmanship is faulty (allowing for fair wear and tear), will repair or replace at our option with no charge for materials or labour. There is no guarantee that matching materials will be available at time of repair or replacement. Pure Trio reserves the right to substitute material of equal quality. The company policy is not to give refunds, but to replace the goods; this is at the discretion of management.
Please note that small indentations are normal on the surface of any new mattress whilst the upholstery filling is levelling to the final position and getting used to your body contours. This does not constitute a manufacturing fault and does not mean the latex underneath has indented. A small height loss is considered normal for quilted covers.
The care instructions should be followed carefully as they can extend the life of your latex mattress.
To make a guarantee claim, it will be necessary for the mattress to be returned to Pure Trio for inspection. Proof of purchase will also be required. The freight charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Pure Trio will not handle or process any goods returned in an unsanitary condition.
Please note that it can take a minimum of 30 days for your body to adjust to the feel and support of a new sleep system.
Mattress Guarantee Exclusions:
This guarantee does not cover:
- Body impressions in the upholstered covers. Small indentations are normal on the surface of any new mattress whilst the upholstery filling is levelling to a final position and getting used to your body contours. This does not constitute a manufacturing fault and this does not mean that the latex underneath has indented. A height loss is considered normal for the upholstered and tufted covers.
- Mattress or base damage due to abuse.
- Comfort preference.
- Covers including stains, soiling or burns.
- While Latex Mattresses are mould and mildew resistant, introduction of elements of moisture to the mattress environment does not make the mattress impervious to mould. The guarantee does not cover trapped moisture from perspiration, bodily fluids, liquids, massage or other oils as this may result in mould growth. We recommend the use of a waterproof mattress protector to give your mattress the best protection.
- When the mattress is used on a posture slat type bed frame.
- When the mattress is used on a slat type bed frame, where the slats are more than 80mm apart.
- Solid panel timber bases must have sufficient air holes drilled to permit dispersal of moisture and prevent mildew
This guarantee is void if any of the labels are removed. The labels serve as a means of identification to establish your guarantee rights. Pure Trio will not handle or process any goods returned in an unsanitary condition.

Mattress Topper Guarantee General Terms and Conditions:
Pure Trio offers a full 10 year guarantee which covers faulty workmanship and materials, from date of purchase (original purchaser only) for our Pure Trio mattress topper.
Pure Trio, if satisfied that materials or workmanship is faulty (allowing for fair wear and tear), will repair or replace at our option with no charge for materials or labour. There is no guarantee that matching materials will be available at time of repair or replacement. Pure Trio reserves the right to substitute material of equal quality. The company policy is not to give refunds, but to replace the goods; this is at the discretion of management.

This does not constitute a manufacturing fault and does not mean the latex underneath has indented. A small height loss is considered normal for quilted covers.

To make a guarantee claim, it will be necessary for the mattress topper to be returned to Pure Trio for inspection. Proof of purchase will also be required. The freight charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Pure Trio Adjustable Base Guarantee Terms and Conditions:
The Pure Trio Adjustable Base comes with a 2 year full guarantee which covers faulty workmanship and materials, from date of purchase (original purchaser only). It also comes with a 5 year guarantee on electronics.
Pure Trio, if satisfied that materials or workmanship is faulty (allowing for fair wear and tear), will repair or replace at our option with no charge for materials or labour. There is no guarantee that matching materials will be available at time of repair or replacement. Pure Trio reserves the right to substitute material of equal quality. The company policy is not to give refunds, but to replace the goods; this is at the discretion of management.

Please note the following instructions so to not void your guarantee:
Weight:
The recommended weight limits on our adjustable beds is 340KG.The bed will structurally support this weight, provided it is evenly distributed across the foundation. The power foundation is not designed to support or lift this amount in the head or foot sections alone. Exceeding this weight restriction could damage the bed and/or cause injury and will void the warranty.
Control and Motor Access:
Any opening or tampering with the control box, motors, or hand controls (with the exception of the battery compartment if equipped) will result in a void of the warranty.
Motor Over Use:
The motors are not designed to operate continuously for more than [2] minutes in an [20] minute time period or approximately 10% duty cycle. Attempting to circumvent or exceed this rating will shorten the life expectancy of the foundation and may void the warranty.
Correct Use of Bed:
Once installation of the foundation is completed, operate the remote control to ensure proper functions. Keep moving parts free of obstruction during bed operation (including sheets, clothing, tubing, wiring, and products using electric power cords). Distribute body weight evenly over bed surface. Do not place entire weight on head or foot sections of the bed, during repositioning and entering or exiting bed.
